As sisters (in-law), we’re united by our passion for property, care, organisation and attention to detail. With these qualities running through our veins, we’ve turned our family values into a thriving business. At bb haus, we bring the same care and dedication to managing your property as we would our own, whilst building lasting working relationships with you, the landlord or tenant. As one of our landlords recently said, ’they are the managing agents you want but never get’.

Meet the team

Both sisters have managed numerous complete property renovations over the years, as well as completing the year long Property Masterclass by Simon Zutshi.

  • With over 14 years of experience in property, lettings, and property PR, Susan has worked with some of London's most influential property and relocation agents. Our "Spreadsheet Queen," she’s the numbers expert with an eagle eye for detail.

    Married to Karina’s brother, Susan brings a family-first approach and a laid-back Dutch vibe from her 6 amazing years living near Amsterdam. Small but mighty, she keeps our systems in check, our tradespeople in constant contact and doesn’t miss a trick.

    When she’s not managing properties, Susan is managing her family and beloved dog, Tessa, with clockwork precision and a big dose of fun. She’s a fan of people, cooking, strong tea, tennis, and revamping her garden. We love her energy and passion!

  • Karina’s heart belongs to Copenhagen, but London is her home. She grew up in Scandinavia, Europe, and Africa, she’s well-travelled and brings a global perspective to her work. With a background in design and branding, she’s collaborated with top creative agencies worldwide and has run a successful headhunting business for the design industry.

    At bb haus, Karina’s people skills shine. She has a knack for understanding what makes people tick, making her perfect for matching the right tenants with the right spaces. Her instinct for building strong relationships is key to our success.

    Teaming up with her sister-in-law, Susan to create bb haus was a natural fit. Together, they’re committed to providing the friendliest, most transparent, and efficient lettings service, whilst also offering smart, stylish solutions to any property problems you might have.

    Karina has curated property refurbs and helped design many complete renovations too. With her Danish flair and eye for design, Karina knows how to create spaces that feel like home.
